I started Logix Digital as a web design studio, building sites for local businesses in Chatham. Along the way, a pattern kept showing up: the businesses that struggled weren't losing to bad design — they were losing time to the same manual, repetitive work every single week. Leads followed up late. Client data re-typed by hand. Appointments missed because no one had time to send a reminder.
That's the problem I build for now. I design and build AI automation and custom software that takes that manual work off a business owner's plate — so growth doesn't mean hiring more people just to keep up with admin.
